What is the average shipping time for glassware and barware?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We take extra care in packaging to ensure your glassware arrives in pristine condition.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our items with maximum protection, accidents can happen during transit. If your items arrive broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Are your crystal glasses dishwasher safe?
Most of our glassware is dishwasher safe on a delicate cycle, but we highly recommend hand washing with a soft sponge to maintain the clarity and brilliance of the lead-free crystal over time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Urban Bar ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
